Company Establishes North American Marketing Arm for Sinar, a Creative Master

(NASDAQ: CMST) and privately-held Massachusetts-based Venture Technologies
today announced a strategic alliance that will add electronic technology to
selected products manufactured by Creative Master.  In addition, Venture
Technology will be working on several projects exclusively for Sinar, a
designer and marketer of computer, video game and hand-held peripherals.
Creative Master purchased a 55% interest in Sinar during the second quarter of
1999.  Venture Technologies designs and develops complete electronic product
solutions for companies including Polaroid, Johnson and Johnson, Parker

    Company Establishes U.S. Marketing Arm for Sinar
    Creative Master also announced the establishment of Highroad Solutions,
Ltd., the U.S. marketing arm for Sinar, which will be based in New Hampshire.
Highroad Solutions will focus on the strategic marketing and positioning of
Sinar's interactive computer and video gaming accessories in the North
American market.  The effort will be spearheaded by Ms. Helen Hames, who has
been appointed Vice President of Marketing for Highroad Solutions.  Ms. Hames
has proven expertise in marketing, advertising and public relations for the
video game accessories industry.  Highroad Solutions, Ltd., a Hong Kong
corporation, will be managed and operated by Sinar.
